Depending on clients'needs, Tiphaine loves to  jump from one role to the other:

- Project Director to coordinate the full RFPs process including bringing her network to build the relevant team 
- Account Director to be the key contact of the client and main lead to the team

- Strategic planner to define the strategy to implement and that will make the difference

- Concept designer to embark consumers, collaborators  and other stakeholders into a new experience

 including the copywriting and creative direction of the concept

STRATEGIC PLANNING

Analysis of context: market, trends, ambitions, opportunities, ... leading to insights to define a strategy and action plan.

ARTISTIC & CREATIVE DIRECTION

Brainstorming and briefing the creative team from scenographer to show director who will transform her vision into a sensory (eye, sound and even scent, ...) impactful and aesthetic format. 

CONCEPT DESIGN

Creation of a 360° experience leading to emotional  understanding, reach and engagement.

COPYWRITING

Putting ideas on paper: structure, definition of a style, storytelling, telling an adventure, sharing feelings, ...

PROJECT DIRECTION

Set-up/coordination of the relevant/dedicated team and overall aspects of a project from concept, creation to production.

ACCOUNT DIRECTION

First go to person of the client and the project team ensuring that all objectives are reached.

Tiphaine is a French national born in South Korea who lived abroad for about 15 years. 

She has a Master in Business Management from France and the USA and a Master in Marketing from the UK. 

Tiphaine began her career at 21 years old in 2004 in Shanghai when some of the main streets were still dirt roads.

She discovered the art world and had the pleasure to work as Marcoms specialist for some major contemporary artists and designers in China until she was asked to join the key team in charge of the launch of the famous Parisian Auction House Artcurial in the country.

At 24, Tiphaine had her first entrepreneurial experience and launched "Comme à la maison", the 1st online lifestyle magazine for french speakers in the region. She was leading a team of 10 editors and managed, among many other things, all the content and artistic direction of the magazine.

The adventure lasted a full year and led to exciting new opportunities such as accompanying foreign production companies to make lifestyle documentaries in the country. Major brands also requested her services in creative and content areas.

The skills she gained in creation, content, planning and development as well as the network she built along the years led her to discover the world of events and the exceptional human and technical experiences as well as emotions it creates.

In 2010 GL events China contacted her to join its Shanghai team and lead the events department. Examples of events include: the 2010 Shanghai World Expo, the organization of the G20 Seminar in Nanjing, the culinary contests Bocuse d'Or China and Bocuse d'Or Asia as producer and spokesperson, JC Decaux Asia very first media launch, etc ...

Her love for highly creative events and wish to focus on a more "boutique" approach made her join DVP Asia Eventmarketing as Project Director in charge of all events. During her time at the agency she led the teams for all projects which were essentially focused on the automotive industry.

After 10 years in China, Tiphaine decided to make her dream come true and left with her backpack for an around the world trip. Her network continued to follow her during her adventures and even called her to collaborate on several projects during her journey. She came back to France in 2015.

Recognized as a multi-skilled professional with a strong network of creatives and technical talents, she decided to create MINDICIOUS to offer her services to both communication and event agencies as well as advertisers.

 

Tiphaine can therefore both conceptualize and manage corporate, brand or institutional projects in the country and abroad (USA, Bahamas, Germany, Thailand, Philippines, China, Malaysia, Monaco, …).


She also creates and leads 360° communication campaigns.

Tiphaine is driven by teamwork, mixed specialties, and gets inspired and led by the ambition and sometimes craziness of the people she collaborates with.

From its opening in 2017 to 2023, Tiphaine was also proudly teaching strategic planning to the Masters'students of léCOLE - The Event Thinking School in Paris with the continuous wish to share her experience and passion in the industry to soon-to-be project managers.
